This week we are learning about colonial people. We're learning about what they wore, ate, where they slept, and what kind of troubles they had to face. We are going to build our homes for our colony pretty soon, so we're getting excited. We're also learning about science too! We are learning about decomposers, producers, and consumers. We have to interview one of our parents for our new writing project. In math, we are learning about decimals. I’m in Mr.A’s class and he gives out jolly ranchers or jolly ranchers chewy. Mr.A is a really fun math teacher because he makes jokes and also does funny voices. Our week is going great so far!
Monday: It’s almost Halloween. Mostly I think everyone is telling what they’re going be
and this week I’m the blogger. Tuesday: Tomorrow’s Halloween! Everyone is excited and I was excited for it too. Our teacher told us about what we’re going to do. Wednesday: Today was Halloween. On the bus not many people were in their costume. Still.. it was great! Most of all when it was the parade and the party! I bet everyone that was in school had fun. But not Ethan. Mrs. Miller thought we should give him a get well letter. Thursday: Wow it’s already almost Friday. And in November there are lots of no school days like next week! Now it’s November 1. This week was Halloween. We had a Halloween party and parade. We played skittle sort, stack the cups, circle balance the pumpkins, and shake out the eyeballs. My favorite halloween costume was Ryan and Kate’s costume. The parade was amazing and cool to see all the costumes. The dance after the parade was cool, the 4th and 5th graders danced to Monster Mash and Thriller. I hope everyone loved the Halloween party and trick-or-treating.
